Please note the following before completing the application.

• If you pass the scanning process you will be contacted via the email you provided, please make sure that your email is valid.

• Please provide us with all the details and information about you, your family, and what you are looking for in a puppy. In this case, the more information we have, the better. It allows us to place the right puppy, to the right family.

• Completing this form does NOT guarantee that you will be placed on any waiting lists or that you will get a puppy, we will contact you directly for confirmation and further details.

• Please be patient in awaiting a response. We will contact you within 72 hours if your application was successful.

• We pride ourselves to place our puppies in homes that will suit them- we will also make some suggestions to you. Each puppy in a litter is different, each one has their own personality and needs. It is important to place them in a home that will suite their needs in order to avoid any later unhappiness.
